FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Onlinebargaincity.com work?
Look for a local merchant that you would like to save 20% – 50% or more. When you find the merchant that you would like to save on their products or services, put it into your shopping cart. You then can either shop for more merchants or you could check out. Once you have bought the certificate of your choice, it will be sent to your email within a few minutes. Then you print out the certificate and redeem the certificate at the merchant’s location.
Can you give an example?
Say a restaurant offers a $25.00 certificate to come eat at their restaurant. Onlinbargaincity.com will sell it to the consumer for $15.00. This will save the consumer 40%. The consumer buys the certificate. It immediately gets sent to the consumers email. The consumer then prints it out and brings it to the restaurant to save the 40%.
How many certificates can I purchase at one time?
This is a two part answer. The first is the consumer may buy as many different merchant certificates they would like at one time. Some merchants may have a restriction on having the same consumer buying certificates within a specific period of time.
How many certificates will each merchant offer?
It all depends on how many each merchant has contracted Onlinebargaincity.com to sell per week. Some may have 3 per week, some may have 5 per week and some may even have 10 per week.
What happens when a merchant sells all of their certificates in a particular week?
When a merchant runs out of certificates for the week, the consumer is going to have to try and come back on another day to see if the certificates were reset for the next week of certificates.
What happens when a merchant has more than one location?
If a merchant has more than one location, the consumer needs to buy the certificate from the location they would like to use the certificate at. Each location of a merchant has its very own web page.
What happens when I know that there is a location of a merchant that is on Onlinebargaincity.com and there are no certificates being sold for that location?
It is possible that there is a location of a particular merchant, but the merchant may not have contracted Onlinebargaincity.com to sell certificates for that particular location.
